That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a redivision of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 10297,
being part of the Northeast 1/4 and Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 17, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 17; thence North 88018'06"
East along the South line of the. Southwest 1/4 of Section 17, 1342.19 feet to a point; thence North
01°04'07" West, 1309.28 feet to a point; thence North 88°55'53" East, 40.00 feet to a point in the
Easterly right-of-way line of Woods Road and the Point of Beginning; thence North 01°04'07"West
Wong the Easterly right-of-way line of Woods Road and parallel to the West line of the East half of said
Southwest 1/4 of Section 17, 270.44 feet to a point; thence North 88° 18'06" East, 225.17 feet to a
