Northeast 1/4 of Section 18, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, in the City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 18;
thence S O100615311 E, along the West line of said Northeast 1/4, 1327.39
feet to a point on the North line of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 18; thence N 8702511311 E, along said North line, 175.00 feet to
the point of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continue N 870
25113" E along said North line, 1158.40 feet to a point on the center line
of Hillendale Drive; thence S 010021481, E along said center line, 276.57
feet to a point on the North line of Certified Survey Map No. 8290; thence
S 8703214311 W along said North line, 1158.01 feet to a point; thence N 010
061531, W, 274.03 feet to the point of beginning. Excepting therefrom the
