I, Scott F. Zimmerman, a Registered Land Surveyor, do hereby certify; That I have surveyed, divided, mapped
and dedicated all that part of the Northeast 1/4 and the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 1, Town 5
North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 1; thence South 87° 19' 18" West, along
the North line of HALE PARK HIGHLANDS ADDITION NO. 3, a recorded subdivision, 1326.05 feet to the
Northwest corner of said subdivision; thence South 00°56'52" East, along the West line of said subdivision,
1178.02 feet to the southwest corner of Lot 1 of Block 26 in HALE PARK HIGHLANDS ADDITION NO. 3 and the
Point of Beginning of the lands to be described; thence North 89°03'08" East, along the South line of said Lot 1,
