We, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., registered land surveyors, do hereby certify
that at the direction of the Owner, we have made this survey being part
of the Northeast 3- of Section 17, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of
Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the East 14 corner of Section 17; thence South 89' 37' 55"
West, along the East 1 line of Section 17, 2149.44 feet to the place of
beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter described; thence continuing
South 89' 37' 55" West, along said East 14 line 306.57 feet; thence North
22' 59' 05" West, 302.12 feet to a point on the Southerly right-of-way
line of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company; thence along said Southerly
right-of-way line and the arc curve, 338.65 feet, center of which lies
to the Northwest, radius of 5767.15 feet and a chord bearing North 67"
32' 39" East, 338.60 feet; thence South 34" 37' 07" East, 397.00 feet
to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of Apollo Drive; thence
South 55' 20' 15" West along said Northerly right-of-way line, 138.53
feet to the place of beginning containing 3.22 acres.
That we have made this survey, land division and map by the direction
of the City of Muskego, Owner of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That we have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and the City of Muskego in surveying, dividing and
mapping the same.
