We, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., registered land surveyors, do hereby certify
that at the direction of the owner, we have made this survey being part
of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City
of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as
follows:
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 17; thence North 00' 28'
15" East, along the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17,
155.41 feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of Gemini Drive; thence
South 55' 20' 15" West, along said Southerly right-of-way line, 226.67
feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of Mercury Drive; thence North
340 39' 45" West, along said Westerly right-of-way line, 1084.00 feet;
thence South 550 20' 15" West, along the Northerly right-of-way line
of Apollo Drive, 300.00 feet to the place of beginning of the parcel
of land hereinafter described; thence North 34' 39' 45" West, 300.00
feet to the Southerly right-of-way line of the Wisconsin Electric
Power Company; thence South 55' 20' 15" West, along said Southerly
right-of-way line, 146.30 feet to a point of curve; thence along the
arc of a curve 3.70 feet, center of which lies to the Northwest,
radius of 5767.15 feet and a chord bearing South 55' 21' 21" West,
3.70 feet; thence South 34' 39' 45" East, 300.00 feet to the Northerly
right-of-way line of Apollo Drive; thence North 55' 20' 15" East, along
said Northerly right-of-way line, 150.00 feet to the place of beginning
containing 1.03 acres.
That we have made this survey, land division and map by the direction
of the City of Muskego, Owner of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That we have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and the City of Muskego in surveying, dividing and
mapping the same.
