I, William P. Ohberg, registered land surveyor, do hereby certify that I have
surveved, divided and mapped all that part of the Northeast One -Quarter of the Southwest
One -Quarter of Section 4, Town 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 7 of Paul Manske's unrecorded plat; thence
South 60°00'00" West along the South line of said lot 88.11 feet, to a point on a line
meandering the shore of Little Muskego Lake; thence North 32°00'00" West along said meander
line 175.00 feet; thence North 43°52'29" East along the aforementioned meander line 92.65
feet; thence South 50°05'00" East 160.68 feet to a point on the West Right -Of -Way line of
Island Drive; thence South 32°00'00" West along said West Right -Of -Way line 33.25 feet;
thence South 01°00'00" West 39.92 feet along the aforementioned West Right -Of -Way line to
the place of beginning, containing 21,495 square feet.
Including all those lands lying between the above described meander line and the
shore of Little Muskego Lake, total area being 24,500 square feet plus or minus.
Subject to recorded easement and Right -Of -Way for passage -over the Northwesterly,
Northerly and Northeasterly 10 feet of above premises with right to construct abutments
to erect a bridge over channel connecting Island with mainland, as granted June 6, 1950 by
William H. Taylor and wife Yvonne H. to Raymond C. Otto and wife Erna M. by W. Deed recorded
July 22, 1950 in Vol. 523 of Deeds P. 572, Document No. 340418.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of ..enew;e* T
