SURVEYOR'S CERTIFICATE:
I, Edward A. Hurley, registered land surveyor, do hereby certify: That I have surveyed,
divided and mapped a part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 6,
Township 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, located and
bounded as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the said Quarter -Section; thence
North 00a18'32" East, on the East line of the said Quarter -Section, 1354.02 feet; thence
South 86 52'48" West, 660.00 feet; thence North 00 18'32" East 1004.90 feet to the point of
beginning of the lands herein to be described; thence continuing North 00018'32" East, 254.99
feet; thence South 86052'48" West 480.00 to the Northwest corner of Lot 1, The Ridges and
the East line of High Bluff Drive; thence North 03007'12" West on the East line of High
Bluff Drive,60.00 feet to a point on the North line of the said Quarter -Section; thence
North 86*52148" East on the North line of the said Quarter-Section,903.60 feet; thence
South 00018132" West 315.00:feet; thence South 86052'48" West 420.00 feet to the point of
beginning, enclosing approximately 3.70 acres of land.
That I have so surveyed, divided and mapped this land at the direction of Paul W. Grober
and Gladys M. Grober, his wife, owners, all in accordance with the providions of Section
236.34 of the Wisconsin Statutes and the land division regulations of the City of Muskego.
And that I have drafted this instrument consisting of three pages.
