I, CLAUDE C. JOHNSON, JR., land surveyor do hereby certify:
THAT I have surveyed and mapped all that part of the North East One- quarter of Section
6, Township 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, described
as follows to -wit: Commencing at a point on the East- West } line of said Section 6, distant
South 880 30' West 578.46 feet from the East quarter thereof; thence North 10 30' West, 67.60
feet to the center of a cul-de-sac of radius of 60.00 feet; thence North 630 301 West, 60.00
feet to the point of beginning of the land herein described; thence North 630 30' West 360.00
feet to the centerline of Tans Drive; thence North 260 30' East 145.81 feet along said center-
line; thence North 520 45' East along said centerline 134.90 feet; thence North 750 09' 30"
East along said centerline 100.00 feet; thence South 150 46' East 379.18 feet to a point on
the aforementioned cul-de-sac; thence 62.83 feet on the are of a curve to the 1 �ft choM
bearing South 560 30' West 60.00 feet to the point of beginning. This parcel Co. Gins-12,430
square feet exclusive of that portion used for road purposes.
THAT I have made this survey, land division and Hasp by the direction of-Le'st-er F. Tags
and Ploy E. Tans, his wife, owners of said land.
