We, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., registered land surveyors, do hereby
certify that at the direction of the owner, we have made this survey,
being part of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Town 5 North,Range 20
East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described
as follows:
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 17; thence North 0°
28' 15" East along the East line of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17,
155.41 feet to the Southerly line of Gemini Drive; thence South 550 20'
15" West along said Southerly line, 226.67 feet to the Westerly line of
Mercury Drive; thence North 34' 39' 45" West along said Westerly line,
1084.00 feet to the Northerly line of Apollo Drive; thence South 55' 20'
15" West along said Northerly line, 150.00 feet to the place of beginning
of the parcel hereinafter described; thence continuing South 55' 20'
15" West, 150.00 feet; thence North 34' 39' 45" West, 300.00 feet to the
Southerly line of the Wisconsin Electric Power Company right-of-way;
thence North 55' 20' 15" East along said Southerly line, 150.00 feet;
thence South 34' 39' 45" East, 300.00 feet to the place of beginning, con-
taining 1.03 acres. This parcel is subject to an existing easement to
the Wisconsin Electric Power Company along the Northerly line of the
parcel; said easement being 45.32 feet wide at the Easterly line and
45.91 feet wide at the Westerly 1 i ne.
