We, Ruekert & Mielke, Inc., registered land surveyors, do hereby
certify that at the direction of the owner, we have made this survey
being part of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 16, Town 5 North, Range 20
East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded and described
as follows:
Commencing at the West 1/4 corner of Section 16; thence North
0° 28' 15" East along the West line of Section 16, 155.41 feet to a
point on Southerly right-of-way line of Gemini Drive; thence North
550 20' 15" East along said right-of-way line 907.93 feet to the
point of beginning of the lands hereinafter described; thence con-
tinuing North 55' 20' 15" East along said right-of-way line 130.00
feet to a point of curve; thence along the arc of a curve 31.42 feet,
the center of which lies to the South, radius of 20 feet and chord
bearing South 79' 39' 45" East, 28.28 feet to a point on the Westerly
right-of-way of a proposed 70 foot road; thence South 34° 39' 45"
East, 280.00 feet along said right-of-way line; thence South 55' 20'
15" West, 150.00 feet; thence North 34' 39' 45" West, 300.00 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 1.03 acres.
That we have made this survey, land division and map by the
direction of City of Muskego, owner of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all the exterior
boundaries of the land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That we have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236
of the Wisconsin Statutes and the City of Muskego in surveying,
dividing and mapping the same.
