the direction of the owners I have surveyed, divided and mapped all
that part of the Northeast one -quarter of Section 1, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin bounded
and described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 17, Block 14, Fountain -
wood Addn. No. 2, a subdivision in said Section 1 and recorded in
Volume 21 of Plats, pages 23_and 24 as found in the Office of the
Register of Deeds, Waukesha County Courthouse, said point of beginning
also being on the North Right -of -Way line of Longfellow Lane; thence
