sworn, on oath hereby depose and say;
THAT I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the Northeast 1/4
of Section 8, Township 5 North, Range 20 East, City of Muskego, Waukesha
County, Wisconsin bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said 1/4 Section,
thence South 89058'34" East along the South line of said 1/4
Section 833.69 feet to the centerline of Racine Ave., thence
North 31012'50" West along said centerline 513.00 feet to the
point of beginning of the land to be described.' thence North 580
47'10" East 235.2D feet to a point, thence North 43014158" West
175.86 feet to a point, thence South 58047110" West 198.53 Seet
to a point on the centerline of Racine Ave. thence South 31 12'50"
East along said centerline 172.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Excepting the Southwesterly 50 feet for road purposes.
THAT I have made such survey, land division and map by the direction of
MASK GARRY AND BARBARA GABRY, his wife, owners of said land.
THAT such map is a correct representation of all the exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed and the land -division thereof made.
THAT I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the Wisconsin
Statutes and Ordinance #63 of the City of Muskego.
