Commencing at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 30; thence South 88' 02' 28" West along the
North line of said % Section, 741.48 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 020 06'
19 " East, 486.60 feet; thence South 880 02' 28" West, 268.80 feet; thence South 020 06' 19" East, 848.90 feet;
