That I have surveyed, divided, mapped and dedicated a part of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of
Section 31, T 5 N, R 20 E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, which is
bounded and described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said SW 1/4
Section 31; thence N 88°21'47" E along the North line of said SW 1/4 Section 31, 702.48
feet to the place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence continuing N 88°21'47" E
along said North line, 481.74 feet; thence S 02°1641" E along the centerline of Crowbar
Road, 1329.39 feet; thence S 88°26'45" W, 473.85 feet; thence N 02°37'07" W, 1328.82 feet
to the place of beginning. Containing 14.577 acres of land, and dedicating therefrom the
East forty feet to the City of Muskego for public road purposes.
That I have made this survey, land division and map by the direction of James R. Haut and
Linda A. Haut, owners of said land.
