I, Daniel E. Mack, Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided, mapped, end dedicated a part of the
Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 1, and a part of the
Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, all in Town 5
North, Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County,
Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of said
Section 12; thence N. 870 45' 57" E. along the North line of said
Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, 1577.24 feet to the point of beginning
of the lands herein to be described, also being the Northeast corner
of Lot 1, C.S.M. No. 5084; continuing thence N. 871 45' 571" E. along
the North line of said Northwest 1/4 of Section 12, 4.02 feet to the
Southeast corner of Lot 4, C.S.M. No. 3606; thence N. 180 45' 29" E.
along the Easterly line of said Lot 4, 269.96 feet to a point in the
centerline of Tess Corners Drive; thence S. 710 41, 01" E. along the
centerline of Tess Corners Drive 721.56 feet to a point in the center-
line of Woods Road; thence S. 520 13' 13" W. along the centerline of
Woods Road 617.52 feet to a point; thence N. 390 28' 57" W. along the
Easterly line of said Lot 1, 452.56 feet to the point of beginning.
That I have made such survey, land division, map, and dedication by
the direction of William J. Stern and Dianne M. Stern, owners of
said land.
That such survey is a correct representation of all exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed and the division thereof made.
That I -have fully complied with the Provisions of Chapter 236.34 of
the Wisconsin Statutes and the land division ordinance of the City of

The drainage easements shall be maintained by the respective parcel
owners. The parcel owners shall maintain said easements in an un-
obstructed condition so as to maintain their intended purpose. Con-
struction of any building, grading or filling -in said easements is
prohibited. The parcel owners grant to the City of Muskego the right
(but not the responsibility) to enter upon said easements in order to
inspect, repair or restore said easements to their intended purpose.
Expenses incurred by the City for inspection, repair or restoration of
said easements may be placed against the tax roll of said parcel owner
and collected as a special charge by the city.
