That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a re -division of Lot 4 in Block B in
HOLZ'S ASSESSORS PLAT being a part of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section
13, T5N, R20E, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin, bounded
and described as follows:
Commencing at a concrete monument with brass cap marking a meander corner
to the Southwest corner of said Northwest 1/4 Section 13, said meander corner
lying N87°27'18" E, 1073.77 feet from said Southwest corner; thence
N87°27'18"E along the South line of said NW 114 Section 13, 270.01 feet to the
place of beginning of the lands to be described; thence N01 °26'25"W, 357.65
feet; thence S44035'21"E along the existing right-of-way line of Durham Drive,
481.51 feet to a point on the South line of said NW 1/4 Section 13; thence
S87°27'18"W along said South line, 329.36 feet to the place of beginning. Said
lands containing 58,887 square feet of land, more or less and dedicating the
lands as shown of the face of this map for future road right-of-way.
That I have made such survey, land division and map by the direction of
the owner of said land.
That such map is a correct representation of all exterior boundaries of the
land surveyed and the land division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin State Statutes and Chapter 18 of the City of Muskego Land Division
Ordinance in surveying, dividing and mapping the same.
