I, Daniel E. Mack, Registered Land Surveyor, hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided, mapped, and dedicated a part of
the Northwest 4 of the Northeast ''-� of Section 12, Town 5 North,
Range 20 East, in the City of Muskego, Waukesha County, Wisconsin,
bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at the North 4 corner of said Section 12; thence
S. 010 21' 49" E. along the West line of.said 4 Section 106.88 feet
to a point in the centerline of Tess Corners Drive; thence S. 750
10' 12" E. along the centerline of Tess Corners Drive 391.56 feet
to the point of beginning of the land herein to be described;
continuing thence S. 750 10' 12" E. along the centerline of Tess
Corners Drive 370.64 feet to a point; thence S. 010 21' 49" E.
360.05 feet to a point; thence N. 840 51' 20" W. 358.24 feet to a
point; thence N. 010 21' 49" W. 422.81 feet to a point in the
centerline of Tess Corners Drive and the point of beginning.
Excepting therefrom the Northerly 50.00 feet dedicated for public
street purposes.
That I have made such survey, land division, map, and dedication
by the direction of Andy's Acres LLC, owner of said land.
That such survey is a correct representation of all the exterior
boundaries of the land surveyed and the division thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the Provisions of Chapter 236.34
of the Wisconsin Statutes and the Land Division Ordinance of the
City of Muskego in surveying, dividing, mapping, and dedicating
the same.
