hereby depose and saythat I have surveyed, divided, mapped, dedicated the
following land bounded and described as follows:
A parcel of land located in the north half of the Southeast Quarter (SE

Range 20 East, in the city of Muskego, Waukesha County Wisconsin,
more particularly described as follows; Commencing at the southeast
corner of said Southeast Quarter; thence South 88' 15'30" West along
the south line of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1 /4) 1352.88 feet to the
extended East line of Crystal Lake Subdivision; thence North 02'04' 17"
West along said east line 872.58 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing North 02'04'17" West along said east line 459.44 feet to the
