STATEMENT OF PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated this meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on Friday,
March 6, 2026.

Kathy Chiaverotti - Spoke regarding Tess Corners Volunteer Fire Department
COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
Mayor Petfalski stated that we received some bids back and they are being reviewed. We are going to
save about 20% per mile by doing more miles of roads this year. This will be coming forward in a future
Council for approving the bids.
PUBLIC HEARING
To Consider the adoption of the City of Muskego 2035 Comprehensive Plan, 2035 Future Land Use
Map, and associated ordinance amendments of the City of Muskego Municipal Code Chapter 380
(Sections 380-1 and 380-3).

expressed that this is an analysis document.

Adam spoke to go over topics brought up at the Public Hearing regarding the eco-industrial district
(Desired Development Area-DDA) and how it applies to the southeast corner of the City. The
text has been part of the plan from 2009 and can easily be changed.
Moved by Alderperson Wolfe; seconded by Alderperson Bryce to Amend the Ordinance so that the
any text or map references to eco-industrial be removed from the Plan.
