Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 6:05 pm.

Present: Mayor Petfalski, Commissioner Hammel, Commissioner Decker, Commissioner Bryce,
Commissioner Schroeder, Commissioner Duelge, Commissioner Madden
Absent: Commissioner Wolfe
Also present: Attorney Cerwin, Public Works and Development Director Kroeger, Finance &
Administrative Director Mustapich, HR Director Croteau, Conservationist Zagar, Conservationist
Smith, and City Clerk Roller.

This meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on Friday, March 23, 2026.

Deputy Commissioner's Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth, Fish
and Wildlife.
Conservationist Zagar spoke regarding the lake which has re -opened this week. It is full of
waterfowl currently including Eagles and Ospreys. Lake level is about 6 inches higher than
normal.
Tom introduced his replacement, Matt Smith, and Matt spoke about his background and what he
is looking forward to doing in his new job.
