APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Mill Valley Elementary School
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted by the Muskego-Norway School District for
a (2) lot land division located at W191S6445 Hillendale Drive (Tax Key No. 2177.931); and
WHEREAS, the petitioner is seeking to create a vacant lot along Racine Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said property is currently zoned 1-1 Government and Public Service District; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lots will range from 14.28 acres for the existing school and 5.81
acres for the new vacant lot; and
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 009-2026 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Muskego,
upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey
map submitted by the Muskego-Norway School District for a (2) lot land division, subject to the
conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 009-2026.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by the
Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, payment of any unpaid
taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a digital file of this certified survey map shall be submitted
to the City.
