PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. ROLL CALL Present: Mayor Petfalski, Commissioner Wolfe, Commissioner Hammel, Commissioner Decker, Commissioner Bryce, Commissioner Schroeder, Commissioner Duelge, Commissioner Madden Also present: City Attorney Warchol, Public Works and Development Director Kroeger, Finance & Administrative Director Mustapich, Chief Westphal, Conservationist Zagar, and City Clerk Roller. STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE City Clerk Roller stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on Friday, September 19, 2025. APPROVAL OF MINUTES May 27, 2025 BMLM_25.05.27.pdf Moved by Commissioner Hammel; seconded by Commissioner Bryce to Approve. Motion Passed: 7 - 0 Voting For: Commissioner Wolfe, Commissioner Hammel, Commissioner Decker, Commissioner Bryce, Commissioner Schroeder, Commissioner Duelge, Commissioner Madden Voting Against: None VOUCHER APPROVAL None. UNFINISHED BUSINESS None. NEW BUSINESS Election of Secretary and Treasurer Moved by Commissioner Hammel; seconded by Commissioner Madden to Approve Kerri Roller as Secretary and Jenny Mustapich as Treasurer. Motion Passed: 7 - 0 Voting For: Commissioner Wolfe, Commissioner Hammel, Commissioner Decker, Commissioner Bryce, Commissioner Schroeder, Commissioner Duelge, Commissioner Madden Voting Against: None Deputy Commissioner's Update - Current condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth, Fish and Wildlife. Deputy Commissioner Pilak stated that there was a major weed invasion project on the three islands on the Big Lake which were destroyed successfully by Conservationist Zagar and his crew. These are nesting islands which are owned by the DNR but are maintained by City. COMMUNICATIONS AND ANY OTHER BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW None. ADJOURNMENT Moved by Commissioner Schroeder; seconded by Commissioner Madden to Adjourn at 6:00 pm.
