CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 5:55 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Petfalski, Commissioner Wolfe, Commissioner Hammel, Commissioner Decker, Commissioner
Bryce, Commissioner Schroeder, Commissioner Duelge, Commissioner Madden
Also present: City Attorney Warchol, Public Works and Development Director Kroeger, Finance & Administrative
Director Mustapich, Chief Westphal, Conservationist Zagar, and City Clerk Roller.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law on Friday,
September 19, 2025.

Election of Secretary and Treasurer
Moved by Commissioner Hammel; seconded by Commissioner Madden to Approve Kerri Roller as Secretary and
Jenny Mustapich as Treasurer.

Voting For: Commissioner Wolfe, Commissioner Hammel, Commissioner Decker, Commissioner Bryce,
Commissioner Schroeder, Commissioner Duelge, Commissioner Madden

Deputy Commissioner's Update - Current condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth, Fish and Wildlife.
Deputy Commissioner Pilak stated that there was a major weed invasion project on the three islands on the Big
Lake which were destroyed successfully by Conservationist Zagar and his crew. These are nesting islands which
are owned by the DNR but are maintained by City.
