CCR2025.071-CSM (4-lot Keajen Prop.Hillcrest)COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #071-2025 APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Keajen Properties / Hillcrest WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Paul Apfelbach of Hillcrest Builders & Construction on behalf of Steve Kearns of Keajen Properties for a four (4) lot land division located at W143S7980 Durham Drive and vacant land (Tax Key No. 2213.999 and 2210.998); and WHEREAS, this CSM is creating four buildable lots that all have frontage onto Durham Drive ranging from approximately 2.0 acres (87,232 sq. ft.) to 49.1 acres is size; and WHEREAS, the property is zoned RS-2 Suburban Residential District (20,000 sq. ft. and 110 feet in width) and RC-2 Country Residence District and the proposal is consistent with the Code; and WHEREAS, the Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 055-2025 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map submitted by Paul Apfelbach of Hillcrest Builders & Construction on behalf of Steve Kearns of Kaejen Properties for a four (4) lot land division located W143S7980 Durham Drive and vacant land subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 055-2025. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a digital file of this certified survey map shall be submitted to the City. DATED THIS 11th DAY OF NOVEMBER 2025.
