RESOLUTION #61-2025
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT
WITH WCA GROUP HEALTH TRUST FOR THE PROVISION OF HEALTH
INSURANCE IN PLAN YEAR 2026
WHEREAS, the City of Muskego has contracted with the WCA Group Health Trust for
the provision of employee health insurance since 2023; and
WHEREAS, the Common Council at its meeting on October 14, 2025 approved plan
design changes and other specifications for our Health Insurance Plan for 2026; and
WHEREAS, WCA Group Health Trust has provided the enclosed agreement for the
Mayor's signature which reflects the approved changes; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement has been reviewed and approved by the Mayor and City
Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby authorize Mayor Petfalski to enter into an agreement with WCA
Group Health Trust for provision of Health Insurance for 2026.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the
Agreement in the name of the City, and the City Attorney is authorized to make
substantive changes to the Agreement as may be necessary in order to preserve the
general intent thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor is authorized to sign such substantive
changes made by the City Attorney.
