CCR2025.030-CSM (Tractor Supply)COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #030-2025 APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Tractor Supply WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Luke Curfman of CMK Properties, LLC on behalf of Tractor Supply located at in the SW 1/4 of Section 2 (Tax Key No. 2167.995.128); and WHEREAS, this petitioner is seeking approval to split off a lot that will be used for the new Tractor Supply retail store between Aurora Health and Dollar Tree via Certified Survey Map; and WHEREAS, the proposed lots are 179,763 square feet (approx. 4.12 acres) and 154,850 square feet (3.55 acres); and WHEREAS, the property is currently zoned PD-34 Dreamland Planned Development, which allows maximum flexibility for land divisions subject to City approval, such as allowing zero offsets; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 022-2025 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map submitted by Luke Curfman of CMK Properties, LLC on behalf of Tractor Supply located at in the SW 1/4 of Section 2 subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 022-2025. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a digital file of this certified survey map shall be submitted to the City. DATED THIS 13th DAY MAY 2025.
