CALL TO ORDER
President Humphreys called the meeting to order at 5:39 PM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present were President Humphreys, Trustee Blair, Trustee DeAngelis, Trustee Foundos, Trustee
Lissman, Trustee Schroeder, Trustee Woodward, and Interim Director Quail.
Trustee Wied and Alderperson Duelge were excused. Trustee DeAngelis left at 6:15 PM.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE

CONSENT AGENDA
Trustee DeAngelis made a motion to approve the CONSENT AGENDA, Trustee Foundos
seconded. Motion Passed all in favor.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action maybe taken on any or all of the
following:
Discussion/Action: Community Service Waiver
Trustee Woodward made a motion to defer Discussion/Action: Evaluation of the
Community Service Waiver Release to August meeting, Trustee Blair seconded. Motion
Passed all in favor
NEW BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following:
Discussion/Action: Proposed 2026 Library Capital Budget (2nd Read)
Trustee DeAngelis made a motion to amend the Library Capital Budget to put the Keycard
Access Project in 2029, Trustee Blair seconded. Motion Passed all in favor.
Discussion/Action: Proposed 2026 Library Operating Budget (2nd Read)
Trustee Foundos made a motion to approve the proposed 2026 Library Operating Budget,
Trustee DeAngelis seconded. Motion Passed all in favor.
Discussion/Action: Parking Lot Construction Impact to Library Services
Trustee Lissman made a motion to approve Option 2 for services, Trustee Schroeder
seconded. Motion Passed all in favor.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Blair made a motion to adjourn, Trustee Foundos seconded. Motion Passed all in
favor.
