Review New Assessment Laws, if any
Annual Assessment Report by Assessor's Office
Assessor to Submit Assessment Roll to the City Clerk
City Clerk to Present Assessment Roll and Sworn Statements to the Board
Establish Procedures of Operation and Deliberations
Review of Assessment Roll and Perform Statutory Duties:
1) Examine the roll
2) Correct description or calculation errors
3) Add omitted property
4) Eliminate double -assessed property
Certify all Corrections of Error Under State Law (Wis. Stat. § 70.43)
Verify With the Assessor That Open Book Changes Are Included in the Assessment Roll
Allow Taxpayers to Examine Assessment Data
Review Notices of Intent to File Objection.
Proceed to Hear Objections, if any, and if Proper Notice/Waivers are Given Unless Scheduled for
Another Date
During the First Two Hours, Consideration of:
