STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC COMMENT
CLOSED SESSION
The Library Board Search Committee of the City of Muskego will meet at approximately 5:30PM, or as
soon thereafter as time permits on Thursday, June 12, 2025 in the Library Conference Room, Muskego
Public Library, S73 W16663 Janesville Road, Muskego, Wisconsin, following conclusion of consideration
of the above portion of its regularly scheduled agenda, to vote on a motion to convene in closed session
at said time and place for:
Discussion/Action relative to Review of Interview Questions and Rating Matrix, Selection of Candidates
to Move Forward in the Library Director Interview Process, and Determine Scheduling for First Round
Interviews.
The Library Board Search Committee will hold the closed session in the Library Conference Room.
A closed session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stats. Section
§19.85(1)(c) , which authorizes a governmental body, upon motion duly made and carried, to meet in
closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any
public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
Upon conclusion of the closed session, the Library Board Search Committee will convene in open
session to consider its public agenda, including motions to recommend approval or rejection of the
above -listed deliberations or any of the public agenda items that have not been acted upon.

MUNICIPALITY MAY BE IN ATTENDANCE AT THE ABOVE -STATED MEETING TO GATHER INFORMATION; NO ACTION WILL BE TAKEN
BY ANY GOVERNMENTAL BODY AT THE ABOVE -STATED MEETING OTHER THAN THE GOVERNMENTAL BODY SPECIFICALLY
REFERRED TO ABOVE IN THIS NOTICE.
