President Humphreys called the meeting to order at 7:13 PM.

Trustee B. Schroeder made a motion to approve the December 19, 2023 Minutes, Trustee DeAngelis
seconded. Motion Passed 3 in favor.

Discussion/Action: Writing of the 2024 Library Director Evaluation
NOTICE OF CLOSED SESSION
Trustee DeAngelis made a motion to enter closed session, Trustee B. Schroeder seconded. Roll call
vote. Motion Passed 3 in favor.
Entered Closed Session at 7:17PM.
The Library Board Personnel Committee of the City of Muskego will meet at approximately 5:30 PM, or
as soon thereafter as time permits on December 17, 2024 in the Library Conference Room, Muskego
Public Library, S73 W16663 Janesville Road, Muskego, Wisconsin, following conclusion of
consideration of the above portion of its regularly scheduled agenda, to vote on a motion to convene in
closed session at said time and place for discussion/action relative to:
Discussion/Action relative to the Writing of the 2024 Library Director Evaluation. The Library Board
Personnel Committee will hold the closed session in the Library Conference Room at the Library.
A closed session for the above purpose is authorized pursuant to the provisions of Wis. Stats. Section
§19.85(1)(c) , which authorizes a governmental body, upon motion duly made and carried, to meet in
closed session to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of
any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.
Upon conclusion of the closed session, the Library Board Personnel Committee will convene in
open session to consider its public agenda, including motions to recommend approval or rejection
of the above -listed deliberations or any of the public agenda items that have not been acted upon.

Entered Open Session at 7:50PM
Trustee DeAngelis made a motion to approve the 2024 Library Director Evaluation and
compensation as reviewed and discussed in closed session. Trustee B Schroeder seconded. Motion
Passed 3 in favor.
COMMUNICATION AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee DeAngelis made a motion to adjourn. Trustee B Schroeder seconded. Motion Passed 3 in
favor.
Meeting adjourned at 7:59 PM.
