PCR2023033 Hrin Rustic Structure CUG - March 2024 DraftÐÏࡱy 1, 2002, and WHEREAS, A Public Hearing was held on June 6, 2023 in front of the Plan Commission.   THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approves of a Conditional Use Grant for the main barn, as noted below, and grain building on the Hrin property at S99 W20523 Parker Drive / Tax Key No. 2280.999.021. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, All buildings are referenced on Exhibit A, attached. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Building 1 (the garage) is allowed to remain on site and building 3 (barn and attached silos; without building portions 4 and 5) is granted rustic structure status and is allowed to remain on site. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Buildings 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and the un-numbered shed (located east of building 2) must be removed. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, The razing permits for the buildings to be removed, as noted above, must be applied for and issued and the actual razing of the buildings must commence within 6 months of the approval of this resolution and all noted structures must be completely removed within 24 months of approval of this resolution.   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That no commercial/business use or storage is allowed within any of the accessory structures on the property, whether Rustic Structure designations have been granted or not.
