PCR2021049 Denoon Country Estates Final PlatÐÏࡱommission recommends approval to the Common Council of a Final Plat for the Denoon Country Estates North, located in the SW ¼ of Section 30, subject to resolution of technical
discrepancies as identified by the City Planning Department and City Engineers, and payment of all applicable fees of the Land Division Ordinance and outstanding assessments if applicable.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the preservation easement located on private lots or close to borders of private lots will need to be lined with split rail fences as part of the subdivision
construction plans.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, All subdivision improvements must be finalized and accepted by the City before Final Plat recording can be allowed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, All technical corrections identified by City staff, Waukesha County and the State of Wisconsin must be addressed before Final Plat recording can be allowed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a digital file of this Plat shall be submitted to the City in accordance with Common Council Ordinance No. 1118 and Resolution 196-2002.
