APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP
Waste Management of WI
WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Waste Management of WI as part
of three certified survey maps for the properties located in the NW 1/2, NE 1/4 and SW
1/4 of Section 18 (Tax Key Nos. 2230.999.002 & 2230.995); and
WHEREAS, the petitioner is seeking approval to combine multiple lots and create a total
of six new lots via Certified Survey Maps; and
WHEREAS, this second CSM is to create one new lot; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lot is 47.503 acres in size; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 042-2024 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map submitted by Waste Management of WI one (1) lot land division
located in the NW 1/2, NE 1/4 and SW 1/4 of Section 18 subject to the conditions
outlined in Resolution #P.C. 042-2024.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, payment
of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a digital file of this certified survey map shall be
submitted to the City.
