RESOLUTION #013-2024
EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO THOMAS KAPUSTA
WHEREAS, THOMAS KAPUSTA represented the City of Muskego as Alderman for District 4
since 2015; and
WHEREAS, ALDERMAN KAPUSTA served as a member of the Finance Committee, Parks
and Conservation Committee, Public Works and Safety Committee, Community Development
Authority, Public Safety Committee, Library Board, and the Public Works Committee; and
WHEREAS, ALDERMAN KAPUSTA was also elected to serve on the Little Muskego Lake
Protection & Rehabilitation District in 2016 and 2022; and
WHEREAS, ALDERMAN KAPUSTA was appointed to serve on the board for the Historical
Society and the Muskego Senior Taxi, and as Council Liaison to the Community Festival
Committee; and
WHEREAS, The Common Council wishes to recognize the diligence and commitment that
THOMAS KAPUSTA has demonstrated as Alderman for District 4 in the City Muskego.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego
does hereby acknowledge THOMAS KAPUSTA'S years of service as a dedicated community
leader and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution with the seal of the City of
Muskego affixed shall be presented to THOMAS KAPUSTA and this resolution shall become a
part of the proceedings of the Common Council.
