CCR2024.008-CSM 4 lot (Baseler)COMMON COUNCIL - CITY OF MUSKEGO RESOLUTION #008-2024 APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP Baseler WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted by James Baseler for a four (4) lot land division located on vacant land along Henneberry Drive (Tax Key No. 2239.997); and WHEREAS, this proposal is to create four new buildable lots from Lot 2 of the CSM from Resolution PC 005-2024; and WHEREAS, this proposal was originally approved by the Plan Commission on February 1, 2022 via Resolution PC 007-2022 but is before the Plan Commission again as there have been changes to the lot configurations and also due to the time that has lapsed since the original approval before the Certified Survey Maps are actually recorded; and WHEREAS, the proposed lots range from approximately 2.80 acres to 4.01 acres in size; and WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 006-2024 recommending approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the certified survey map submitted by James Baseler for a four (4) lot land division located on vacant land along Henneberry Drive subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution #P.C. 006-2024. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required by the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, payment of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a digital file of this certified survey map shall be submitted to the City. DATED THIS 13th DAY FEBRUARY 2024.
