APPROVAL OF A CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP

WHEREAS, a Certified Survey Map was submitted by Cody and Alexandria Yaeger for
a three (3) lot land division located along Henneberry Drive (Tax Key No.
2236.997.001); and
WHEREAS, this CSM is splitting one lot into three separate buildable lots; and
WHEREAS, the lot was created via Resolution PC 017-2023 splitting the original lot into
two parcels divided by Henneberry Drive; and
WHEREAS, the proposed lots range from 120,000 square feet (2.75 acres) to 31.068
acres in size; and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission adopted Resolution #P.C. 002-2024 recommending
approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Common Council of the City of
Muskego, upon the recommendation of the Plan Commission, does hereby approve the
certified survey map submitted by Cody and Alexandria Yaeger for a three (3) lot land
division located along Henneberry Drive subject to the conditions outlined in Resolution
#P.C.002-2024.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this approval is subject to receipt of all fees required
by the Land Division Ordinance, any special assessments which may be due, payment
of any unpaid taxes, and approval of the City Engineer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a digital file of this certified survey map shall be
submitted to the City.
