APPROVAL OF PERMANENT STORM SEWER EASEMENT
GRANTED BY OWNER, CHADWICK TIEDEMANN
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego is in need of a storm sewer easement over the
Chadwick Tiedemann property located at S69W14654 Cornell Dr, Muskego to help with
drainage; and
WHEREAS, City Staff has worked with the property owner on the attached Easement
has been finalized and is ready to be executed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the Common Council of the City of
Muskego does hereby approve the attached Permanent Storm Sewer Easement
granted by owner, Chadwick Tiedemann.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign the
Easement and the City Attorney is authorized to make substantive changes as may be
necessary in order to preserve the general intent thereof.
