APPROVAL OF 2023 CAPITAL BUDGET
WHEREAS, The Committee of the Whole has reviewed the budget and has recommended
approval of a capital budget in the amount of $2,485,856, including TID #11 capital outlay in the
amount of $921,480 to be funded as follows:
