CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 7:09 pm.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Petfalski, Alderperson Wolfe, Alderperson Kapusta, Alderperson Schroeder,
Alderperson Kubacki, Alderperson Madden
Absent: Alderperson Hammel, Alderperson Terrence
Also Present: City Attorney Warchol, Public Works & Development Director Kroeger, Public
Works Superintendent Beilfuss, Recreation Specialist Young, City Clerk Roller.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE MAYOR'S OFFICE
• Timeline and Procedure for Appointment of an Alderman in District 4
Mayor Petfalski provided detailed information regarding the upcoming vacancy for Alderperson
District 4. Resumes will be accepted through January 15, 2023; with Common Council interviews
scheduled for the January 23, 2024 meeting, (if necessary January 22, 2024 also). The new
Alderperson will take office February 1, 2024.
