Deputy Commissioner's Update - Current condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth, Fish and
Wildlife.
Len Pilak gave the update - water levels are a little higher than normal. However, this is not a big
deal. No problem with the nuisance weeds, though there is plenty of growth, it is not impeding on
the traffic. The bass are plentiful. There are three active osprey nests and they have seen quite a
few eagles along the bay.
