CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 6:13 pm.
ROLL CALL
Present: Mayor Petfalski, Alderperson Wolfe, Alderperson Kapusta, Alderperson Schroeder,
Alderperson Kubacki, Alderperson Madden
Absent: Alderperson Hammel, Alderperson Terrence
Also present: City Attorney Warchol, Public Works & Development Director Kroeger, Public
Works Superintendent Beilfuss, Chief Westphal, Recreation Specialist Young, City Clerk Roller.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.

NEW BUSINESS
. Pickleball Discussion
Recreation Specialist Young provided basic information on the Pickleball program the City of
Muskego facilitates.
In attendance were community members: Mary Jo Foy, Bill Frederick, and John Francis. Bill
Frederick spoke to the increased interest and participation of pickleball. The interest in the sport has
exceeded court availability. Mr. Frederick requested for the Common Council to consider adding 10
to 12 pickleball courts to the next capital budget. He explained the Friends of Muskego Pickleball
Group have discussed fundraisers and believe they could receive pledges for this investment.
• Road Program Discussion
Public Works & Development Director Kroeger and Superintendent Beilfuss provided information
and displayed maps indicating the need for an accelerated road improvement program because of
the road conditions in the City of Muskego. After the road ratings were completed, it was observed
that many of the roads need work sooner than later.
