Alderperson Kapusta, Alderperson Schroeder, Alderperson Madden
Absent: Alderperson Kubacki
Also present: City Attorney Warchol, Public Works & Development Director Kroeger,
Library Director Larson, Conservationist Zagar, Conservation Assistant Kidd, City Clerk
Roller, and Assistant Deputy -Clerk Treasurer Crisp.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open
meeting law on January 19, 2024.

Mayor Petfalski and Alderpersons Wolfe, Hammel, Terrence, Schroeder and Madden
interviewed District 4 Applicants; Ashley Nettesheim and Lynn Cummings. At 5:59 pm,
Mayor Petfalski announced the Committee of the Whole was in recess to call to order the
Big Muskego Lake District Board of Commissioners Meeting.
Mayor Petfalski announced at 6:07 pm, the Committee of the Whole was back in session.
Applicant Jake Schwer was then interviewed. Upon completion of all interviews, a vote was
taken by secret ballot. Jake Schwer was appointed by a vote of 4 to 1 as the next District 4
Alderperson.
