PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Those present recited the Pledge of Allegiance. ROLL CALL Present: Alderpersons Madden and Schroeder; Scott Kroeger, Director of Public Works and Development; Absent: Alderperson Terrance STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE The meeting was posted in accordance with open meeting laws on March 17, 2023. STATUS OF PROJECTS Discussion update. No formal action may be taken on any of the following: Road Program 2023 Director Kroeger stated the letters have been mailed to all homeowners in the construction area. Pre -con meeting will be in a couple weeks and we will have a more definitive start date. Website is currently up to date and will be updated again after the pre -con meeting. Great Water Alliance Director Kroger stated they will be walking the whole length of the construction and compiling a punch list of items in April. Items should be completed by July 1st UNFINISHED BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following: NEW BUSINESS Discussion update and possible action may be taken on any or all of the following: Jilly's Car Wash Public Improvements Approval Director Kroeger stated all the water and sewer plans have been reviewed and approved thus far for the new car wash. This is simply a formality and allows City Staff to continue move forward with final reviews. Alderperson Schroeder made a motion to approve the AJ's Car Wash Public Improvements. Alderperson Madden seconded. Motion Passed 2 in favor. Muskego Business Park Speed Limit Reduction Director Kroeger stated that after a recent accident in the Business Park that Engineering, the Mayor, DPW and Police Dept have all discussed that the whole Park should be 25 MPH and Stop controlled at all intersections. The different sized vehicles, delivery trucks, semis, City equipment along with workers, residents and walkers makes it unsafe to keep it at 35 MPH. Alderperson Schroeder made a motion to approve Reducing the Muskego Business Park Speed to 25 MPH including All Intersections being Stop Controlled. Alderperson Madden seconded. Motion Passed 2 in favor. NEW BUSINESS PLACED ON FILE (The following items have been placed on file for staff review.
