CALL TO ORDER
Trustee Humphreys called the meeting to order at 5:OOPM.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
ROLL CALL
Present were Trustee Blair, Trustee De Angelis, Trustee Foundos, Trustee Heinowski, Trustee
Humphreys, Trustee Kangas, Trustee Woodward, and Director Larson.
Trustee B. Schroeder and Alderperson D. Schroeder were excused.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
PUBLIC COMMENT
CONSENT AGENDA
Trustee Kangas made a motion to approve the CONSENT AGENDA, Trustee Foundos
seconded. Motion Passed 7 in favor.

Discussion/Action: Vote to fill Library Board President Vacancy
Trustee Humphreys made a motion to nominate herself for Library Board President,
Trustee DeAngelis seconded.
Trustee Foundos made a motion to nominate herself for Library Board President, Trustee
De Angelis seconded.
Trustee De Angelis moved to close the nominations, Trustee Blair seconded. Motion
Passed 7 in favor.
Trustee Humphreys was elected to fill the Library Board President vacancy through a ballot vote.
Discussion: Library Board President Appointment of Nominating Committee
Trustee Woodward and Trustee Kangas were appointed to the Nominating Committee.
Discussion/Action: Approval of Allowable Costs Worksheet
Trustee Foundos made a motion to approve the Allowable Costs Worksheet, Trustee
Woodward seconded. Motion Passed 7 in favor.
COMMUNICATIONS AND MISCELLANEOUS BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
ADJOURNMENT
Trustee Blair made a motion to adjourn, Trustee Foundos seconded. Motion Passed 7 in
favor.
Meeting adjourned at 6:00 PM.
