Subject: Baseler Court — Public Improvements /Engineering Approval
Date: August 21, 2023
The City of Muskego has reviewed the Baseler Court plan set located on the south side of
Henneberry Drive approximately 1,800 feet east of Hillendale Drive. The most recent plan
set has been attached. All public infrastructure will be dedicated to the City of Muskego
upon completion and acceptance of the project. The City of Muskego has reviewed the
plans and given approval for all public infrastructure/engineering plans to move forward
contingent upon all City of Muskego staff comments being addressed.
Recommendation for Action by the Committee:
Approve all public infrastructure/engineering for Baseler Court development contingent
upon all City of Muskego staff comments being addressed.
