CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 5:59 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited prior at the beginning of the Finance Committee Meeting.
ROLL CALL
Present: Chairman Petfalski, Commissioners Wolfe, Hammel, Terrence, Kapusta, Kubacki, and
Madden.
Absent: Commissioner Schroeder
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
• February 14, 2023
Commissioner Kubacki moved to approve the February 14, 2023 Minutes. Commissioner
Madden seconded; motion carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
None. No action taken.
NEW BUSINESS
• Deputy Commissioner's Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth,
Fish and Wildlife.
Conservation Coordinator Zagar provided an update. The lake was completely opened March
5th; and due to cold weather was completely froze over on March 18th. A scheduled kayak trip
for March 19th was rescheduled to March 29th due to the ice.
• Election of Secretary - Kerri Roller, Clerk
Commissioner Kubacki made a motion to elect the City Clerk as Secretary for Big Muskego Lake
District. Commissioner Madden seconded; motion carried.
• Authorization for Chair to sign Aquatic Plan Control Agreement with Solitude Lake
Management, LLC.
Commissioner Hammel made a motion to approve. Commissioner Kubacki seconded; motion
carried.
COMMUNICATIONS AND ANY OTHER BUSINESS AS AUTHORIZED BY LAW
None. No action taken.

Commissioner Madden made a motion to adjourn. Commissioner Kubacki seconded; motion carried.
