CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 6:15 PM.
ROLL CALL
Present: Chairman Petfalski, Commissioners Madden, Engelhardt, Kubacki, Terrence, Hammel and
Wolfe.
Absent: Commissioner Kapusta.
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
This meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
March 22, 2022
Commissioner Kubacki moved to approve the October 26, 2021 Minutes. Commissioner Hammel
seconded; motion carried.

NEW BUSINESS
Deputy Commissioner's Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth,
Fish and Wildlife.
Tom Zagar discussed the condition of the Lake and said that the lake levels are normal by maintaining
the dam. Cattail bogs blocked the boat launch a couple weeks ago which has been cleared. There are
new Northern Pike regulations. Videos of the osprey on the lake are being collected and there is a
second nest with cameras with three eggs. Good spring migration of ducks. Eagles are out there but
they are on private land. These eagles are believed to hove young now also.
