CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 5:55 p.m.

Also present: Alderpersons Terrence, Kapusta, Schroeder, and Madden; City Attorney
Warchol; Planning Manager Trzebiatowski; and City Clerk Roller.
PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated that the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open
meeting law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Approval of Finance Committee Minutes - January 10, 2023
Alderperson Hammel moved to approve Finance Committee Minutes from
January 10, 2023. Alderperson Wolfe seconded; motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Recommend Approval of a Resolution to Increase the Fees for Outside Dance Permits
Alderperson Hammel moved to recommend approval. Alderperson Wolfe
seconded; motion carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
• Alderperson Kubacki moved to recommend approval of Utility Vouchers in the
amount of $3,674,970.85. Alderperson Hammel seconded; motion carried.
• Alderperson Kubacki moved to recommend approval of Tax Vouchers in the
amount of $45,523.08. Alderperson Hammel seconded; motion carried.
Alderperson Kubacki moved to recommend approval of General Fund
Vouchers in the amount of $1,068,144.36. Alderperson Wolfe seconded;
motion carried.

Alderperson Kubacki moved to recommend approval of Wire Transfers for
Payroll/Invoice Transmittals in the amount of $471,939.20. Alderperson
Hammel seconded; motion carried.
