CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 5:56 PM.
ROLL CALL
Present: Chairman Petfalski, Commissioners Hammel, Kapusta, Kubacki, Madden and Schroeder.
Absent: Commissioner. Terrence and Wolfe
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
This meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
May 24, 2022
Commissioner Kubacki moved to approve the May 24, 2022 Minutes. Commissioner Hammel seconded;
motion carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL -
Commissioner Kubacki moved to approve two invoices totaling 7,235.55 for chemical treatment for
aquatic plant management. Commissioner Madden seconded; motion carried
UNFINISHED BUSINESS - none
NEW BUSINESS
Election of Secretary and Treasurer
Commissioner Kubacki made a motion to elect the deputy clerk as Secretary and Director of Finance
and Administration as Treasurer for Big Muskego Lake District. Commissioner Schroeder seconded;
motion carried.
Deputy Commissioner's Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant Growth,
Fish and Wildlife.
Mr. Pilak provided an update on the lake including the invasive species on the duck nesting islands that
will be taken care of. Both lakes have been extremely clear with very few carp sitings. The carp
population is down. The fish limit used to be 40" and now there is a slot size to allow for keeping smaller
northers. Bigger fish in Bass Bay and with the last rainfall it really filled up the lake and hoping to let the
water out before a freeze that will damage the shoreline.
