CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Petfalski called the meeting to order at 5:52 pm.
PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
The Pledge of Allegiance was recited at the beginning of the Finance Committee Meeting.
ROLL CALL
Present: Chairman Petfalski, Commissioners Wolfe, Hammel, Terrence, Kapusta,
Schroeder, and Madden.
Absent: Commissioner Kubacki
STATEMENT OF PUBLIC NOTICE
City Clerk Roller stated the meeting was noticed in accordance with the open meeting law.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
September 27, 2022
Commissioner Madden moved to approve the September 27, 2022 Minutes. Commissioner
Schroeder seconded; motion carried.
VOUCHER APPROVAL
None/No action taken.

NEW BUSINESS
Deputy Commissioner's Update - Current Condition of Lake/Bay, Water Levels, Plant
Growth, Fish and Wildlife.
Mr. Pilak provided an update including the lack of ice until after Christmas with about 8
inches currently on the Lake; ice -fishing had been good, but the warm weather has
decreased the amount of ice. The water clarity is crystal clear, and water levels are a bit
high.

Authorization for Chairperson to Apply for Chemical Aquatic Plant Control Permit.
Commissioner Hammel made a motion to approve. Commissioner Kapusta
seconded; motion carried.
