MINUTES OF MEETING HELD MAY 7, 1992
The meeting was called to order at 8:55 P.M. by Chairman Taube.
Also present were Committee Member Simmons, Chief Johnson and Ald.
Misko.
The Committee further reviewed the purpose of modifying Chapter
20, Section 20.01 of the Municipal Code regarding Boating Laws
with Chief Johnson.
The Committee reviewed with Chief Johnson an amendment to Chapter
9, Section 9.37 of the Municipal Code which adopts the State
Statutes regarding smoking and smoking materials for all children
and which includes adults smoking on school property. Ald. Taube
moved to recommend adoption of ordinance. Seconded by Ald.
Simmons, motion carried.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
